At the Kameido Tenjin Shrine, which is known for the divine favor of school success, about 50 or more of the wisteria flowers start to bloom around the end of April.
Wisteria flowers are reflected in Shinji-ike (pond) and the light fragrance fascinates many people, Kameido Tenjin Shrine is the most famous wisteria flower sight in Tokyo.
The annual Wisteria Festival will be held from April 18 to May 6, 2020. In addition to stalls, various events held mainly on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excite the festival.
