TSUKIJI COOKING: Japanese Cooking School In Tokyo
Japanese cooking classes for international visitors, which has started in 2013
Tsukiji Cooking, the market pioneer of cooking class school for international visitors to Japan, has offered classes on Japanese cuisine for people from all over the world since 2013. In 2015 October, the school has opened a new studio that can seat up to 40 people in the Tsukiji Outer Market, known as the Jogai Shijo.
In the new studio of TSUKIJI COOKING, the school have classes for individuals, for groups, team building cooking, to cooking classes in conjunction with the Tsukiji Market tour, also actively incorporating school visit and vegetarian correspondence classes.
Menu is sushi, tempura, Okonomiyaki, Nikujaga, Dashimaki-Tamago, Miso soup, from Bento-Box to sweets, introduced along with the fresh ingredients of the Tsukiji the home cooking that is still not popular overseas. Classes to introduce the Japanese sake program and the ingredients of 47 prefectures is also scheduled to be held.
