300 red and white plums let you know that spring has arrived
The Ume Matsuri (Plum Festival) will be held from February 9 to March 8, 2020 at Kameido Tenjin Shrine, known for the divine favor of academic success.
Kameido Tenjin Shrine has 300 plum trees on the grounds.
There are several varieties of plums, each flowering time is different, so you can see plum blossoms for more than a month. The early blooming plum begins to bloom from January, the best time to see is from around mid February.
Please enjoy the beauty of plum blossoms in the perfect location where you can see the Tokyo Skytree.
