Top 10 best Sunset view spots in Japan
The travel site “Jalan” conducted a questionnaire on sunset view spots that Japanese users would like to visit. The Japanese users who were the subject of the questionnaire are more than 500 men and women from their 10s to 50s.

10. Taikanzan (Hakone, Kanagawa)
From this place, you can see Mount Fuji, Lake Ashinoko and the Hakone mountains, it is selected as “50 Picturesque Locations in Kanagawa”.
If conditions are complete, you may see Mount Fuji floating in the sea of clouds early in the morning.
9. Ningyo-iwa (Satsumasendai, Kagoshima)
This place is known for being able to watch the beautiful setting sun dip into the East China Sea. One of the oddly-shaped rocks on Nishikata Coast along the Route 3.
Two rocks on the coast seemed to hug a child by mother, so it came to be called “Ningyo-iwa” (doll rock).
8. Byobugaura (Choshi, Chiba)
Byobugaura is a cliffed coast that continues for approximately 10 kilometers from Naarai Town, Choshi City to Cape Gyobu, Asahi City.
Because it resembles the White Cliffs of Dover, it is often called the “Dover of the East”.

This place is designated as a scenic natural monument of Japan, and the beautiful coastline extends 11 kilometers.
