Tokyo Dome City Winter Illumination
Illuminations with the motif of beautiful scenery and traditional Japanese symbols
“Tokyo Dome City Winter Illumination” will be held from November 13, 2019 to February 26, 2020.
This year’s theme is “Japanese Style”. Illuminations with a motif of beautiful scenery and features that symbolize Japan will be developed.
There will be illuminations such as the cherry blossoms that are about 6.5 meters in height and the Milky Way that is about 100 meters long.
In addition, you can enjoy Japanese features expressed by illuminations such as festival scaffold and Mt. Fuji at various places in Tokyo Dome City.
A cherry tree approximately 6.5 meters high appears in the LaQua area. The illumination light changes according to the music, and the cherry blossoms in full bloom shine beautifully.
“Tanabata” (Festival of the Weaver)
The Milky Way illumination, which is about 100 meters long, and shooting stars shine over the head.
A festival scaffold with a height of about 6 meters decorated with red lanterns will be set up. When you beat the drum placed in the scaffold, the light and sound show begins.
■Meets Port Area
You can enjoy taking photos with Mt. Fuji, which is expressed by illumination.
In the Hi!EVERYVALLEY Area that opened in March 2019, wisteria flower illuminations will appear.
