“Shinagawa Halloween” celebrates its fifth time

“Shinagawa Halloween 2019” will be held at Shinagawa Season Terrace from October 24 to 31, 2019.
There will be a “Kids Costume Parade”, a stamp rally for sweets, dance and music performances, and workshops for children. In addition, the “Shinahallo Night” event for interaction between businesspersons will be held at Shinagawa Intercity.

■Shinahallo Stamp Rally

Collect stamps around the points set in various places. The rally sheet and sweets will be exchanged at Shinagawa Season Terrace from 11:00 to 17:00 on October 26th, 27th and 31st.

There are various events that can be enjoyed by children and adults, such as stage performances, workshops, and a parade of disguised children.
