Nihonbashi Sakura Festival
Event where the Nihonbashi area is filled with cherry blossoms and strolls around town
“Nihonbashi Sakura Festival” will be held in the Nihonbashi area from March 15 to April 7, 2019.
In the Fukutoku no Mori Plaza, the 8 meter high digital tree “The Tree of Light: Tomoshizakura” will appear. You can enjoy interactive cherry blossoms that you have never seen before. In between Coredo Muromachi 1 and 2, the “Sakura Carpet” handled by young creators will be showcased, and “Sakura Light Up” will be held at several buildings along the Chuo-dori Street.
In addition, about 190 shops in the Nihonbashi, Yaesu and Kyobashi areas will offer menus related to the cherry blossoms, and on March 30 and 31 the “Nihonbashi Sakura Yatai” will be held around Fukutoku-Jinja Shrine. You can enjoy the “cherry blossom season” with visual and taste.
