“Kappabashi Dougu Street” is known as top of the tool shopping street in Japan. Annual “Kappabashi Dougu Matsuri” (Tool Festival) will be held for one week from October 8 to 14, 2019.

During the event period, each store holds bargain sale. In particular, an inventory clearance sale will be held in front of Taito Lifelong Learning Center on October 13 and 14. You might find good bargains such as tableware, kitchen tools and utensils.
