One of Japan’s largest cosplay events where more than 20,000 cosplayers gather from home and abroad

“Ikebukuro Halloween Cosplay Festival” will be held in the Ikebukuro East Exit area on October 26th and 27th, 2019.
“Ikebukuro Halloween Cosplay Festival” which will be held for the 6th time is Japan’s largest cosplay event where more than 20,000 cosplayers gather from Japan and abroad every year.
On the main stage, there will be various performances such as the fashion show “niconico cospllection” where the cosplayers selected in the drawing participate.
Please note that pre-entry is required to participate in the “Ike-Hallo Cosplay Parade”, where you can parade the city of Ikebukuro as your favorite character.
In addition, there are many events such as a photo shoot of popular cosplayers and “Cosplay Gathering” where cosplayers with the same theme can meet each other.
In the Ikebukuro East Exit area, you can shop at partner stores while enjoying cosplay.
