The annual event of Tokyo Tower in the summer, the fantastic “Milky Way Illumination” starts
The “Milky Way Illumination”, where the Tokyo Tower Main Deck is filled with bright blue, will be held from June 1 to September 1, 2019.
The illuminations mainly represent the stars scattered in the summer night sky and the Milky Way flowing in the center. Among the stars, shooting stars appear infrequently, and you can find the remarkable “Orihime (Vega)” and “Hikoboshi (Altair)”.
When the night advances, the illuminations will be reflected in the windows of the Main Deck, and a fantastic view will be spread like a starry sky with a Milky Way over the night view of Tokyo.
On the 2nd floor of the Tokyo Tower Main Deck, “Tokyo Tower City Light Fantasia – Cool Japanese Summer –” will be held simultaneously with this event.
