Carefully selected yakiimo (roasted sweet potatoes) gather from all over Japan to the Shinagawa Season Terrace

“Shinagawa Yakiimo Terrace” is a popular winter food event that has attracted a total of more than 130,000 visitors so far. It will be held this year from January 27 to February 2, 2020, and popular roasted sweet potatoes will gather from all over Japan to the Shinagawa Season Terrace.
Of course, popular “Outdoor Kotatsu” will be installed. In addition, there will be a footbath using Takeo Onsen (Saga Prefecture), which has a history of 1,300 years, and transparent dome tents where you can spend a relaxing time.

 

In this year’s “Shinagawa Yakiimo Terrace”, 16 shops will offer over 100 kinds of unique menu as well as roasted sweet potato. There will be also new varieties of sweet potatoes and menus that can be enjoyed only at the event venue.

At the venue, there will be a food and product fair of Saga, a hot spring production area for footbath.
